Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland

The Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland is the Scottish equivalent of the English Mental Health Tribunal. It was formed on 5/10/05 as a result of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003.
