Incorporated Council of Law Reporting
(Redirected from ICLR)
The Incorporated Council of Law Reporting is a registered charity and was established in 1865 by the legal profession to publish law reports which are always cited in preference.
The ICLR provide free case summaries of selected cases - the Weekly Law Reports (Daily). However, if a case is later reported in any of their commercial publications (The Law Reports, The Weekly Law Reports, The Business Law Reports or Industrial Cases Reports) the free WLR (D) case summary is taken off of their website but offered for sale in a printed report. Their reporters, who are all either barristers or solicitors, offer comprehensive coverage of important cases.
They have kindly given permission for their WLR (D) case summaries to be reproduced on this site.
