Hadzic and Suljic v Bosnia Herzegovina 39446/06 [2011] ECHR 911

The applicants had been detained for several years in a prison 'Psychiatric Annex' which was an inappropriate institution for the detention of mental health patients, in breach of Article 5(1); the applicants were awarded compensation of €15,000 and €25,000 respectively.
