Mental Health Act 2007 Explanatory Notes

The official Explanatory Notes to the Mental Health Act 2007 have been prepared by the Department of Health and Ministry of Justice, in consultation with the Welsh Assembly Government. They provide explanations of and comments on the main provisions of the Act.
