Mental health caselaw, sorted into rough categories. Note that the case summaries are typed in haste just to get a feel of how the wiki site works!
Format of all caselaw pages
The page names are the Bailii version of the case name but excluding the citation. Each page should follow the following format:
- First line: the citation and date (from the Bailii title).
- Second line: a very brief one- or two-sentence summary.
- Headnote
- "Facts" heading
- "Decision" heading
- "External links" heading: full text from Bailii, plus anything else relevant.
Please include as much information as possible, but feel free to (for example) only type up a brief summary rather than a full headnote.
Click on "help" for instructions on how to add/edit pages.
