Schedule 3 (Unfitness to stand trial and insanity: courts-martial etc) of the Domestic Violence Crime and Victims Act 2004 makes various changes to the Army Act 1955, Air Force Act 1955, Naval Discipline Act 1957, Courts-Martial (Appeals) Act 1968, applying MHA 1983 s37 etc with amendments.
Schedule 10 para 18ff amends s47, s69, s71, s79, s84, and MHA 1983 sched 5 para 21 and para 37(2)
Schedule 11 partially repeals s69(2)(a), and repeals s71(5) and (6), and s79(1)(b).
