How to contribute
If you have any document (e.g. case transcript) or information (e.g. whether a case is being appealed) which could usefully be published, then please email jonathan at mentalhealthlaw.co.uk (replace 'at' with the @ symbol). Also please email if you have any ideas for the site. To edit the website pages you must be registered as a contributor: see How to edit pages.
Conventions
Site
Legislation with a highlighted background cannot be edited. This is to promote confidence in its reliability.
Red links are to pages which don't exist yet.
The software won't allow the following characters in page titles: & ? [ ] (So case citations need round brackets even where this is technically incorrect.)
* To help clear a backlog of updates, some news items will be added to the Updates page without being added anywhere else on the website (for now), and will be marked with asterisks.
