General articles to explain the concepts and terminology used in the caselaw and legislation sections.
I typed the first things to come to mind, to "get the ball rolling", so please amend and add content where necessary.
Once the commentary on the Act is up and running, I envisage most of these pages to be more like brief dictionary definitions which simply refer to the relevant section.
