These Rules amend the Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Health, Education and Social Care Chamber) Rules 2008 so that Tribunal applications can be made by email with a typed signature rather than requiring a handwritten signature. In force 1/4/11.

DetailText==Amendment== The amendment inserts into rule 13: :''(1A) If the Tribunal permits or directs documents to be provided to it by email, the requirement for a signature on applications or references under rules 20(2), 22(4)(a) or 32(1)(b) may be satisfied by a typed instead of a handwritten signature.''
