|Summary=With effect from 10/7/08, the functions under [[MHA 1983 s86]], so far as exercisable in relation to Wales, are transferred to the Welsh Ministers - except in relation to a patient who is subject to one or more of: (i) a restriction order made under s41; (ii) a hospital direction made under s45A(3)(a); (iii) a limitation direction made under s45A(3)(b); (iv) a restriction direction made under s49.
