== Editing a page ==

Any page except the Main Page can be edited. To edit any page which you are reading:

* Click "edit" at the top of the page.
* Make your changes. 
* Click "save".

== Adding a new page ==

First, make a link to your new page:

* Go to the page where your new page belongs (e.g. if you are adding a case, go to the caselaw index page).
* Click "edit".
* Add an internal link (see below) to your proposed page. 
* Click "save".

Now make your new page:

* Click on the red link which you have created.
* Type your page.
* Click "save".

== Adding an internal link (to another Wikimental page) ==

When editing the page, just place two square brackets at each side of the page name, e.g. '''<nowiki>[[Mental health caselaw]]</nowiki>''' becomes [[Mental health caselaw]]

== Adding an external link (e.g. to Bailii) ==

The easy way:

* Just type in the full website address, e.g. '''<nowiki>http://www.bailii.org.uk</nowiki>''' becomes http://www.bailii.org.uk

The hard way:

* Enclose the website address with single square brackets.
* After the website address, leave a space and type the website name.

e.g. '''<nowiki>[http://www.bailii.org.uk The Bailii website]</nowiki>''' becomes [http://www.bailii.org.uk The Bailii website]

== Adding section headings (like this one)==

Enclose the section heading with '''<nowiki>==</nowiki>''' on either side, e.g. '''<nowiki>== Section heading ==</nowiki>'''. 

Use '''<nowiki>===</nowiki>''' for sub-headings.
