Campbell Law Solicitors is a well established and regarded niche firm located in modern offices in Milton Keynes.

We specialise in mental health, mental capacity and community care law and specifically we advise, assist and represent clients for:

* Mental Health Tribunals and associated mental health law work;
* Court of Protection and mental capacity law matters (financial, welfare and health-related); and,
* NHS Continuing Healthcare appeals.

Our work is funded privately and via legal aid. 

We are looking to recruit a paralegal with an interest in and commitment to our areas of work.  Previous experience in our areas of work is an advantage but not essential for the right candidate.  Applicants who wish to consider taking up a training contract with this firm are also invited to apply.  We have successfully taken on prospective trainee solicitors in the past who have worked full-time with us whilst completing a part-time LPC.

Given the geographical reach of our work an essential requirement is a current valid (preferably clean) driving licence, access to a car for work purposes and a willingness to travel to the various hospitals and courts that we cover.

The closing date for applications is 3rd March 2017.

Salary will be dependent upon experience.

24 days annual holiday is given in addition to bank holidays and paid leave between Christmas and New Year.
