Sunderland City Council v MacPherson [2024] EWCOP 8
Imprisonment for contempt A sentence of three months' imprisonment was imposed for posts on Facebook and X in breach of an injunction, with a previously suspended sentence of 28 days made immediate, to run concurrently. The defendant was in France so would have to return to England for any warrant of committal to be executed.
