R (T) v LSC [2013] EWHC 960 (Admin), [2013] MHLO 41

The LSC's decision in care proceedings to agree prior authority for a multi-disciplinary assessment at a lower amount than that sought was unlawful because of the lack of reasons given, and was quashed.
