Mental Health Solicitor/Advocate required

We are a well established firm with a LAA mental health contract in Tottenham N17.

We require a new supervisor with Mental Health Panel Membership for our mental health department. Our work is primarily Tribunal based in the South East of England but we have some other related work. We have a high proportion of restricted cases because of our Criminal Legal Aid contract.

The successful applicant will be head of our mental health team working with a number of other personnel assisting in preparation and advocacy. The applicant will need to be a team player, working in our friendly open plan office. The applicant will need experience in all aspects of running a mental health case load, including billing, and be capable of working with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone keen to demonstrate their ability to build on a busy successful department and expand into other related areas of work.
