Event:PELT: DOL made simple - Hoylake, 8/12/15

Peter Edwards Law are running a course entitled "Deprivation of Liberty made simple - including MHA or MCA?" on Tuesday 8/12/15 in Hoylake, Merseyside. This course covers topics such as the definition of deprivation of liberty (the meanings of "continuous supervision and control" and "free to leave"), the impact of this definition on informal patients, and damages for unlawful deprivation of liberty.
