Community Care Solicitor

We are looking for a full time Community Care Solicitor to join the team in our Newcastle upon Tyne office.

This post is predominantly for a Solicitor specialising in Community Care work. Experience of Court of Protection work is desirable. The ideal candidate will also be a qualified Supervisor for Legal Aid contract purposes. However we will also consider non-qualified applicants with the relevant experience as well as Solicitors who do not yet have Supervisor status.

The Community Care department works closely with the Mental Health department and there is the potential for a cross-over with the Mental Health department if the successful applicant is suitably accredited.
